Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: September 16, 2026
INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website operated by Paradise TN Investments, Inc. (“Paradise TN Investments,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to inquiries and services provided by us, except where a separate written agreement provides different terms. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SERVICES
Paradise TN Investments, Inc. provides property management consulting services, which may include facilities consulting, operational infrastructure planning, vendor coordination services, resource management consulting, business operations support, expansion planning consulting, and equipment sourcing advisory. The particular scope of services for a client may be established through a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice, or other written communication.
PRICING
Pricing is determined on a per-engagement basis and may vary according to the nature, scope, complexity, duration, and requirements of the requested services. Applicable pricing will be communicated to the client before services are performed or as otherwise specified in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. Unless different terms are provided in writing, amounts invoiced are due upon receipt. Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying all amounts when due.
LATE PAYMENTS
Amounts not paid when due may result in the suspension or postponement of services until the outstanding balance is resolved. To the extent permitted by applicable law and any governing written agreement, reasonable costs associated with collecting overdue amounts may be charged to the client.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because consulting services involve professional time, planning, preparation, and resources, payments for services already performed are generally non-refundable. Cancellation of an engagement must be provided in writing. The client remains responsible for services performed, approved expenses incurred, and other amounts earned or incurred before the effective date of cancellation. Any additional cancellation or refund terms contained in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement will govern that engagement.
